Most of us feel competent enough to choose our own lotto numbers, 
without the help of our computers.

But, imagine the scene you'll make, standing at your lotto window, 
reading this week's lotto numbers off the screen of your Port...


Simply run the program, and answer the two questions.  You will be 
asked what the highest number is that your Lotto game accepts, and 
how many numbers are to be picked.

The machine will ponder awhile, making sure it creates a truly 
random table of numbers, then will display its picks.
